Sky on Stage | Terms and Conditions 
  1. Sky on Stage ("SoS") | Artistic Skydiving Contest | Indoor Skydiving (“the Contest”) is open to contestants from the age of 8  (“the Contestants”). Contestants younger than 18 will need to upload a parental consent form with the recording of their performance.
  2. By entering the Contest the Contestants accept these Terms and Conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for the Contest which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, or on the SoS website, or communicated to Contestants in any other way (“Contest Information”). Such Contest Information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Contest Information.
  3. We may cancel or amend the Contest, Contest Information, or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Contest Information or these Terms and Conditions.
Entry
  1. The Contest opens on 15 November 2020. The closing time and date for receipt of entries is 23:59 h UTC on Saturady 30 January 2021.
  2. Contestants may submit only one entry into this Indoor Freestyle Contest. This entry can be replaced by another entry made at a later stage.
  3. To enter the Contest, Contestants must do the following: 
(a) Register and pay the nominal entry fee at the SoS website, open an account on this platform and upload/submit their video entry to this platform. Video files created using most digital cameras, camcorders and mobile phones such as in the .AVI, .MOV, .WMV, and .MPG file formats, are accepted. 
(b) Read and accept the terms and conditions and provide basic contact details when entering.

  1. A Contestant’s Video entry must be entirely original to the Contestant. In terms of audio, it can include only the SoS music track selected by the Contestant and ambient sound that is not music.
  2. Entries must be completed in accordance with the entry process set out above. No other method of entry will be accepted. Entries which do not meet these criteria may not be considered.
  3. Entries will not be complete until Contestants have uploaded their video entry and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In the case of Contestants younger than 18 years, a parental consent form will need to be uploaded with the entry. We reserve the right to disregard any entry submitted and/or finalized after the Contest has closed, or that is not accompanied by a parental consent form.
  4. The Contestant must keep a original of their video entry in the highest possible resolution. If required, Contestants must supply the original recording of their video entry for use in connection with the Contest, including (but not limited to) broadcasting online or transmission by any electronic means.
  5. All video entries will be subject to moderation. They will be viewed by us before they are made public. We have absolute discretion to accept or reject any video entry and to remove any video entry already accepted without giving reasons for the decision. We may in particular refuse to upload any video entry for the following reasons:
(a) inclusion of defamatory or malicious content;
(b) inclusion of content in video entries to which someone else owns the copyright or other intellectual property rights;
(c) breach of these Terms and Conditions

12. By entering the Contest Contestants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete. Contestants also warrant that they are the copyright owners of their video entries which must be original works and must not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of a third party.

13. We reserve the right to disqualify any Contestants and/or entries which we believe have not been made in compliance with these Terms and Conditions or to disqualify any Contestant found to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. 
      Public Vote, Engagement and Assessment 
      1. The public will be invited to vote for their favorite entries (“the Public Vote”). The voting will open using the below factors.
      · Member of the public may vote online once every 24 hours. Voting is free.
      · The system also counts the unique votes,
      · Number of views, 
      · Number of social shares, 
      · Number of comments.
      1. As soon as a minimum number of submissions have been reviewed by the general public, unofficial rankings will be generated. It will be updated as new entries come in and as more and more public responds. For the avoidance of doubt, these “popularity” rankings are not considered an assessment.
      2. At the core of the SOS contest is a three-tier assessment procedure that involves three distinct groups whose members assess each performance. The procedure is described extensively in the Contest Rules and Guidelines.
      Prizes
      1. The top three finishers in the five games/events are awarded a trophy. All contestants receive a certificate of participation.
      2. We may at our sole discretion refuse to provide the Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions or a Contestant's breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, dishonesty, or other inappropriate or improper conduct.
      Data Protection and Publicity
      1. The first names and surnames of all Contestants will be available from the date of the entry submission and for a minimum period of tewlve months.
      2. We may exercise our sole discretion to use all the Contestants’ names, images, and their comments relating to the Contest experience for promotion of this Contest, or the Contest Parties, and for future bona fide promotional and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid. Before any other use of the contestants' name and likeness is made, they will be consulted by us.
      3. The information Contestants supply in connection with the Contest:
      (a) may be included in a database compiled for the Contest and will be used for the purposes of conducting and promoting the Contest;
      (b) may also be used for inclusion and/or read out in any program produced in connection with the Contest; and
      (c) will not be supplied to third parties (other than the Contest Parties) other than as is reasonably necessary to administer the Contest.
      1. Any personal information provided by the Contestants, will only be used by us in accordance with this Privacy Statement which is accessible for the purposes of the Contest or as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions. 
      Standard Terms
      1. In the event that any Contestant does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these Terms and Conditions and the Contest Information, we shall be entitled at our sole discretion to disqualify such Contestant, without any further liability to such Contestant. All Contestants must comply with any directions given by any Contest Party including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations, and where applicable.
